The filter cups are manually loaded into the feeding magazine, and the robotic arm automatically grabs and feeds the material (1 out of 3); The filter paper adopts a single piece feeding method after die cutting; The filter paper automatic feeding robotic arm automatically needle feeds the suction cup, passes through the secondary gauge position, and then through the needle suction cup, the material is sucked again and placed in the turntable fixture and filter cup assembly. The filter paper automatically folds, and ultrasonic welding is carried out sequentially between the filter paper and the filter cup.
